Who’s eligible for a Milo Plan?
Every cat or dog parent with a credit card should have a Milo Plan.
What happens after 1 year subscription?
We’ll send out reminders before a plan expires for you to take a new risk assessment with the pet parent to sign them up for the following year.
How do I know which clients are on a Milo Plan?
All your Milo Plan clients will be listed within the app. In addition, all client profiles in your PMS will have a Milo Plan attachment.
How do I manage inventory?
During your personalized onboarding session, we’ll empower you to setup all treatments and services to be included in Milo Plans in your PMS to help keep track of all services redeemed for accounting and inventory purposes.
